"Hello. My name is Jennifer Santangelo. Last spring, I joined a group of women in my neighborhood who had enlisted in Ava's Fitness Boot camp. We all wanted to shed unwanted pounds and to tone up. Ava brought us in for an assessment. She measured our hips and waist, weighed us, and took our vitals, such as blood pressure. Ava was more than thorough, she was meticulous! For six weeks, our group worked out three times a week for an hour each time. Ava kept the workouts interesting. She varied the exercises, not only so we wouldn't get bored, but also to target different muscle groups. Ava always took the time to explain and demonstrate each exercise for us. She stated that she never instructs people to do an exercise unless she herself has tried it first! As the weeks wore on, I noticed my clothes fit better, and my energy increased. Ava gave me a meal plan to follow. It incorporated healthful foods with proper calorie management. Unbelievably, I followed this plan and watched as more pounds melted away! And I wasn't even hungry! At the close of fitness camp, I had lost almost sixteen pounds, and at least 1-2 inches off my waist and hips! I could have never accomplished this without the help of Ava Adames Fitness. "I started working out with Ava moderately for 2-days a week on May 11, 2009. Since, November 30, 2009, I started working out more intensely for 3-days a week, adding a brisk 45 minute walk 2-days a week on my own, as well as, watching what I consume. As a result, I have lost 12 pounds since 11/30/2009, and have been given the green light to stop taking my Diabetes medication, which I have been prescribed twice a day since January 12, 2006. My personal training experience with Ava has been a GOD sent one, to help motivate me and keep me on track.
